Unsure about which size to get? Keep in mind that our gear is made from a fantastically stretchy material and acts as a “second skin” that is meant to be tight. As you work out, sweat, and continue to be active while wearing Onzie gear, our products will stretch with you and form to your specific body. Every woman has her own preference and we believe you should stay true to your body. If you prefer a tighter waist band, we suggest trying the smaller size. However if a looser fit suits you better, try out the bigger size. We do accept returns and exchanges in case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

What are the best tops for women who have a larger bust size?

All of our bra tops are currently available in our largest size, L/L which fits up to a size DD cup. There are a few that provide more coverage and support. For complete information about our bra tops, please see our Ultimate Bra Guide.

Do you have larger sized options?

Yes! You asked and we listened! We now offer our popular Capri Pant and Side String Short in select colors in the new size L/L. For more information on which colors are available, please visit the product’s page. Other great styles available in the largest size are the Shortie, leotard and ALL of our bra tops. What domestic shipping services do you offer?

FREE USPS PRIORITY MAIL – All domestic orders will receive FREE priority mail shipping. Your package will be delivered within two to three (2-3) business days. You will be able to track this shipment via USPS Tracking.

I am an international customer. How much does shipping cost for me?

Orders over $200 will receive FREE shipping via DHL. Your package will be delivered within two to five (2-5) business days. You will be able to track this shipment via DHL’s Shipment Tracking System.

Canada (orders under $200): FLAT RATE – $23.00. You will be able to track this shipment via DHL’s Shipment Tracking System.

All other international destinations (orders under $200): FLAT RATE – $27.00. You will be able to track this shipment via DHL’s Shipment Tracking System.

How long will it take to get to me?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Most orders will ship out within one to two (1-2) business days of ordering. You should add the ship time to the processing days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we’re finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Can I have my package rushed?

We do not currently offer Overnight or 2 day shipment via our website. For any urgent orders, please contact our office via phone or email. We will do our best to take care of you and upgrade a shipment. Again, you will need to call in to our office during business hours. Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM PST.

What if I’m not home when my package arrives?

Domestic Orders: For orders sent via USPS, most Onzie packages will fit into a mailbox. We send our gear in black mailer bags so be sure to look out for them in/around your mailbox. If the package is too big and no-one is home, the mailman will leave it outside your house.

International Orders: For orders sent via DHL, the driver will leave a card so that you can arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Personal Use

Each order is for the personal, non-commercial use of our customer.

Resale of any Onzie product without the explicit, written consent from Onzie is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders representing what Onzie deems to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Don’t fret! We are always making more Onzie gear here in Los Angeles and our inventory is generally restocked every two to three (2-3) weeks. Keep checking back on our website for updated numbers!

Can I be alerted when my desired item becomes available?

Yes! If you see that the item you would like to purchase is currently out of stock an email field will show up on the product page. Fill in your email address and click “Notify Me.” We will send you an email as soon as we get more Onzie gear in our warehouse!

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal. You will be able to select credit card or PayPal payment during checkout. Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting any other forms of payment including cash or check. If you have any trouble using your card, please contact Customer Service or 310.299.2345. What is the status of my order?

Awaiting Fulfillment: Yay! Your order was successfully placed! Thank you! You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your invoice.

Pending: Your order is in our warehouse and waiting to be filled. Fulfillment time is typically between one to two (1-2) business days once in the “Pending” status.

Shipped: Your order has shipped and will be on our doorstep very soon! All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail and DHL Express Worldwide will receive emails with tracking information.

Do you have Gift Certificates?

What is your refund/return/exchange policy?

Onzie is proud to provide you with a quality product and hope you are fully satisfied. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or prior defective merchandise for return, exchange or credit, within fifteen (15) days from the shipping date. You will receive a return form in your package. Simply follow the directions on the Return Authorization Form to pack and return all items to the Onzie warehouse. What does Onzie Yoga Wear make their clothing from?

Our spandex pieces are made from a Free Flow Spandex blend that stretches to fit your unique body shape. It moves and grooves as you do and each piece becomes a second skin you’ll love to show off. Utilizing Free-Flow Fabric Technology that is durable and breathable, this fast-drying material keeps bodies cool, dry and comfortable. It has a similar feel to bathing suit material.

Our Loungewear garments such as our Gypsy Pant are made from a Free Flow Jersey material that is super soft, comfortable and has a slight stretch to it. Try on one of these pieces and it will quickly become one of your closet favorites!

What is the best way to care for my Onzie gear?

Onzie gear is delicate and it is always best to hand wash our garments. However, for those of us who don’t have time to do so, you may also place your Onzie gear in the gentle cycle of your washing machine. However, we strongly suggest letting our garments hang dry. Do your bra tops containing padding inserts?

No, our bra tops do not contain any padding or slots for padding inserts. However many of our Onzie fans put their own pads within the bra. There is not a gusset or holding space, although our supportive lining will hold a pad in place. They are made for low-impact activities.
